Well I agree with Duane -- glad to see Kenny on site.
Good crew. I worked with some well grounded young'uns today. Pruning in an orchard and sorting out the wood pieces big enough to be firewood for a local widow.

If you watch the Spec House series, he’s around a lot and they do an entire episode about him and his previous work. It might be called “the man who changed my thinking about construction” or something like that. Worth watching.

@@rdhudon7469 While I appreciate your sick burn, I have to say, there's nothing girly about protecting your lungs from silicosis.
My good friend is a double lung transplant, he's a master craftsman but was laid low by decades of breathing dust on job sites. He went from 220 lbs of solid muscle to 130 lbs. Twenty operations later he can barely lift a framing square without his hands and lips turning blue.
I myself am only thirty three and have early stage COPD from my own years of grinding concrete without a mask. Shits no joke man. My buddy in particular has an eleven year old son that he won't live to see graduate highschool all because it was, I suppose, seen as sissified to wear ppe back in his day. Nothing sissy about protecting yourself from a slow suffocating death. It's our job as older craftsmen to teach younger generations about the dangers involved in our work.
