Like the video and I’ve seen similar training aids. Personally I think any training aid that requires holding as though it’s a golf club should have a training grip. Ultimately, we are looking to square the club face and your grip whether it’s neutral, weak or strong is key.
Great training aid and one of my favorites to you. I struggle with the release of the club at times. Great review as always. Can you do a review on 5 woods? I’m debating between the ai smoke 5 wood and qi10. Which one do you like the most?
Yes! Great for warmup like you said and also for speed training if you wanted. Load up with more heavy cartridges and extra bungees and you can work on the power and speed 👍
Exactly what I went through in this video plus speed training by loading the One Club upon with heavier cartridges and bungees. Great for general warming up prior to playing also

'viewed' doesn't make it true. I personally have well over spent on golf but I have mates who have barely hit £1-200 and they are fully ready to hit the course.
Golf is for everybody. Over priced??????? A lot of sports are just as cheap/expensive. Yes you can find sports that costs less. And realize that you get a lot back for your money. Beautiful courses in beautiful surroundings.
Why do all golf instruction start with what you should not do instead of telling what to do. Try search Lily and you will get to a Korean pro player and she will tell you about vertical drop meaning lower your club.
@MichaelNewtonGolf Word of advice. I get sick and fucking tired of listening to 7 min of what's wrong an 3 min at the end of it what's right. If you start by stating what's right and why that's right by saying this is wrong I might be interested but if you keep going on with 3-4 examples of wrong and then what's right and it this will FIX EVERTHING obviously you got all your attention at what's wrong from get go. Tell me what to do and why that's right by saying this is wrong. Surely you can do that in 5 min. Do your clients pay you by the hour. I guess that would be by definition a robbery. You Google Lily. She has perfectly explained vids in 5 min. But I guess golf instructors wants sucker's to come back and pay hourly fee for quick fixes. The industry's bread and butter.

£250 that's expensive. Probably use it a few times and then be left in the shed.
Waste of money!
like 99% of training aids !!
Or...you could put an empty toilet roll tube on your club and do the same thing for free
Yes done that and it works fine
An empty toilet roll tube? Sorry just not following.
@@mikegermanese9754 what it means is a toilet roll tube gets the job done
@@mikegermanese9754the cardboard tube inside a roll of toilet paper
Don’t think you’ll get the same sound from an empty toilet roll tube 🤔
I have a Swing Caddy which does a similar thing but also resets on the follow through
Probably cheaper than this gadget at £250, probably use it a few times then placed in the shed with all the others 😂
@@paulbrown7425 Both are expensive.
Thanks for the great video.
just wet myself reading this...
Do you recommend for driver swing as well? Looks great for warm up before play/ range practice. Great videos and reviews as always.

Omg!!! After seeing your video I know this is for me!! Please sell it to me!!!
What type of training do you recommend with the ONE?
Exactly what I went through in this video plus speed training by loading the One Club upon with heavier cartridges and bungees. Great for general warming up prior to playing also
I'm very disappointed Michael. That's not a Wilson Staff Model iron in your hands 😉😅
😂
The aid I’m sure is good but to promote its purpose would be to show a slo mo of it at contact position.

I’m sure David Ledbetter did something similar years ago probably bet one off eBay for 10% of the price of this. 💸
Yep, and that fad didn't stand the test of time.

Because most golfers understand their faults so lets relate and then fix
