I actually like the Kia EV6 and seriously considered it over Tesla Model Y. The main reason I went with Tesla is the advantage of the charging infrastructure and couldn’t be happier during road trips. Few months later in 2023 Tesla started opening their superchargers to other EV’s. Probably the biggest problem in the Philippines is charging stations. Hopefully the government or private corporations can accelerate that. I wouldn’t be surprised to see charging stations every 100 Km in between preferably in close proximity of the expressways just like here in the US, Canada and Europe. Until then, I think EV’s adaptation in the Philippines will be limited to major cities within metro Manila. One solution to that is getting solar power installed which I did before getting my EV, cheaper to charge and more convenient. I would love to see a follow up review of the EV6 range within metro Manila and also during road trips up north or south.

EV needs a different plate to avoid the hassle of being stopped by enforcers

Sana pag mga electric car e may nakalagay na electric car hindi same plate ng mga ordinary plate number. Para hindi na napapara ng mga enforcer.
Ayos pala pag electric car no coding anyday pwd lumabas.
I owned this car for almost a year now. Hard to go back sa ICE car. AWD is the only way to go. Rwd is too slow. One of the best vehicles I own next to Telluride. Sayang walang Telluride sa pinas, best SUV pa naman. We'll probably get EV9 as well to compliment our EV6 for camping and longer road trips.

How.much will you spend for battery in case it needs to be replaced already?
I am really looking forward in buying an EV as my everyday car for work. Pero di ko igigive up yung petrol car ko for long distance driving. Kaso siempre di ko pa naman kaya na mahal na electric car ang bibilhin ko so maybe the Wuling EV Gameboy is the one for me. Pa review naman RIT. It's a 300km capacity car. Or pa review na din ng Jetour Ice Cream EV. Kasi yun ang mga most affordable EV cars.
I am a Nurse and sabi sa akin ng enforcer before was that pag medical practitioners daw okay lang na exempted sa coding kasi hiniram ko kotse ng parents ko nung time na yun dahil pina PMS ko car ko and may pina check ako so need ko ng extra car para makapagduty ako. E coding pala kotse nila Mom nun. So napara din ako but when they saw my PRC license okay na. ☺

Since nabanggit nyo na nasa ilalim ang battery ano features ng sasakyan para maprotektahan ang battery sa baha or baka may humps na mataas na pwede sumabit sa ilalim

If meron kanang electric car ngayon Start ka nang mag ipon para sa maintenance at battery na ka sobrang mahal after 8-10yrs ang lifespan. Kaya ang Honda at Toyota hindi gumawa ng electric cars pero meron clang Hybrid kaya tipid ng gasolina.
Dapat ang mga traffic enforcer ay makabisado rin nila ang mga sasakyan na EV o hybrid para hindi na kelangan sitahin pa ang mga driver at maiwasan ang abala.

Hindi kasalanan ng mga enforcer yan na magkabisado mahirap yan. Sa manufacturer na yan dapat may nakalagay na EV or sa plate number dapat talaga may sarili mga EV cars na plate numbers.

For me Sana maski E-Car dapat walang exemption sa Coding! kasi wala namn sa klase ng makina o Gasolina o Diesel ang nagpapasikip ng Traffic sa Kalsada. ang Color Coding kasi ang main objectives is to reduce the number of cars on the road and alleviate traffic congestion

It took Kia 3 years to release Ev6 sa pinas market LoL.. u won't see Ev9 sa pinas in another 3 or 4 years. They didn't even released Telluride sa pinas.. which is the best 3 row SUV on the market...
