  • Come design with me! Today I am making an adjustable stack bracelet using wax cording and a charm holder I got from BeeBeeCraft. I used the same technique to make another bracelet using a starfish bead hanging from the charm holder. These came from BeeBeeCraft too, and I have left links to these and some other fun stuff I got from them. Below are links to these items and to their website and also a coupon code.
    Below are the links to BeeBeeCraft's web site and links to all the things I received. I've also left you a coupon code.

    My granddaughter made one for me 6 years ago. I wear it every day and never take it off. She used the purples and blue like you used. Very pretty.

    Nice job! I always struggle with my dexterity in my hands, so I can't pull the strings. I may try your way since they look nice and long.

      I have a lot of hand issues too… Primarily lack of strength and gripping. You can make these tails as long as you need them, and then I just wrap them around the bracelet when I have them on if they get in the way. They also make good ankle bracelets.

    These are cute, and quick to make. However you don't need to tie around the two tails to make it slide. I use a know that allows the tails themselves to be a slider. You can see it in para cord bracelets.

    • @tappingflamingo
      @tappingflamingo  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There’s a lot of different ways to make these sliding knots. I’ve made hundreds of these bracelets, and this technique seems to work really well. Thanks for the tip though… I may have to try a new way and see how it works.

      @@tappingflamingo That's what I like about youtube vides, learning new ways to do things. be it crafts or something else. I've picked up several new crochet stitches, and it's always fun. Is that cord anything like the Omega thread?

    • @tappingflamingo
      @tappingflamingo  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@QChord4Fun no… I actually used wax cording also known as Linhasita cording. This cording has a layer of wax on it, which makes it waterproof and durable. Unless it has beads or charm on it. It’s 100% waterproof and perfect if you want to wear it to the beach or swimming or you could even take a shower in it. You never really have to take it off.
