i finally have him because of the moonlight recruitment!
i like him with almost no speed with an emphasis on bulk, really good solo potential and if he gets hit it wont put him in the hospital haha!!!

Lermia is far more usable lol, when u choose riolet you mentally sign a contract with urself that u mustn’t get angry if he doesn’t dodge. Just to keep urself sane. Imo Lermia is a safer option cuz honestly they’re both hard to build without imprints (I had to get my riolet to SS just to get 100% crit)

My riolet works all I had to do was get him to 4.1k attack, 100cc, 280cd, 1100 Def, 1200hp, 200 speed, and +30 decrescent. Cost me everything including a few violets for imprints, rip.
Edit: don't consider building if you can't get near those stats. He is trash on anything besides amazing ls/pen gear, then he carries hard. Lermia has a lower gear requirement even though hers I high as well.
