Weird Schindler Traction Elevator at the Red Garage- Galleria Mall Houston TX

This is the that I parked my car at and is located right next to Macy's and the Williams Tower. I mainly chose to park there because I didn't have to pay to park and y'all can call me cheap all you want too. This elevator is quite strange though, and kept on stopping on level 4 and having a continuous chime too.
