Hey! Typically, changing the soil in your potted plants should happen every 12 to 18 months. There are some exceptions that may change this timing. These include if you're moving a plant into a bigger pot because it's outgrown its current pot or if the soil has become very hard.

Sir, my jade plant seems not really growing. I bought it 5 months back as a small plant (3inch pot) and it is of same size till now. No new leaves are coming up. Soil media is pure sand. Could you please help me out to grow it healthy. What feed I can give if it is lack of nutrients. Shall I repot it in soil instead of sand? Thanks a bunch in advance.
