Another good video; some good advise chaps and a great advert for Reading and District. Always interesting to see how other anglers tie their rigs ( albeit as Andy clearly states location is the absolute key as no rig or bait will catch what’s not there!). Out of curiosity, am I correct in interpreting that the boom section on the helicopter stuff link connects to the feeder/main line with a double ( surgeons) loop rather than a ring or a swivel? - if so how do you ensure it’s not too big to drop down to the top of the feeder. All the best J
what hooks do you use for the pins ? great rig by the way
Great video thank you.
Awesome video, really enjoyed it 👍
The Sean Penn of fishing. Jokes a side. Thanks for sharing this, I'm going to try it out ;) Cheers
Gutted I missed my membership this year 2 year's and got to fish 4 times
Great video guys. Really helpful, hopefully it can get me to catch my first big tench 😂
Enjoyable video,do you have any problems with silvers when using live maggots.
Great video guys, but is it possible to do a bit it more in depth /closer pics of the rig. Couldn't really see it from the video.
There’s a still shot of all the components you need in the video. Pause it there and make a note.
Have a look on kenny parsons channel or the tenchfishers . The rig is on those and other tench rigs that may help you 🌞🎣🎣tight lines
Can you tell me how long the boom section is , and how long the braid section.
Would this rig also be effective to catch bream ?
many thanx

Is it hard to fish for big tench in big waters (60 acre) ? How deep will tench comfortably feed in?
what lake is this? thanks
Farnham Flint near Reading.
The rig is obviously working but why does it have such a big bit of foam . I have never seen a rig with that amount of foam. Especially on a Heli rig
The foam melts. Its just to ensure the hook does not get masked by weed in the water.
It needs to match the length of the braid on the combi rig.
put enough fish in a pond & a kid with a stick will catch them
