    Intermittent fasting isbhard for me. All i have to do is stop snacking also... and early dinner. Oh reducing stress!!! which is easier said than done. I love your style. I have a commit 30 also. Keep these coming

    Love your planner! I am really enjoying my Commit 30 planner as well! I do wish that there were more Facebook groups for users and more content in general! I’m going to do my best to post consistently on IG!

    My go to and comfort food is also Cereal. I’m always craving it. I’m 41 and yes the sugary cereal is starting to make me feel sick honestly.
