Your eagle analogy at the end moved me so deeply because not long ago, I was kayaking with a good friend, and right next to our kayak, an eagle swooped into the water and picked up a fish. The eagle was maybe 10 meters away from us. Then, two weeks later, I was at a local nature reserve and witnessed an eagle stealing food from vultures - again right in front of me, and I was the only one to witness it. Truly incredible. Pile 3, bottom row for me was the venom still left in my inner child, which I could not see even after cutting ties with the family member who left it there. It was an eye opener to realise that’s what was keeping my thoughts and energy stuck. I couldn’t work it out for quite some time, it was so confusing knowing that there was nothing left to cut myself off from, I knew that part was complete.. but it was the residual venom.
