Nepali alur dom recipe
Ingredient:
1 Potato 500 gm
2 cumin seeds 2 teaspoon
3 coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
4 5 cloves garlic
5 one Inch ginger
6 dry chilli 2 pieces
7 tomato 1 big size
8 Salt as per taste
9 turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
10 kashmiri Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
11 sugar 1/4 teaspoon
12 onion midium size 1
13 coriander leaves
14 kalonji/ kalojira 1 teaspoon full
