Hi. I think that if you buy for more than 12,000 rupees, then they will provide express shipping with FedEx and hence there will be no customs. While shopping check the top part of the website page, where it is given the minimum amount of purchase for free express shipping.
Sorry. But the shipping charges won't go down. They will be zero only if you buy stuff worth 10-12k. You can make a group of friends and order together.

Hi. Its not sticky niether greasy. Its a bit tight on the skin on application. But that goes of after 3 secs.
