Now one of the most POPULAR places in all of Berlin, The Mauerpark, given its name as Mauer in German means "Wall" was one of many of the former cut off points of the city that was divided into east and west. It's now one of the most popular places for not only tourists but also locals to visit, because every Sunday there's a massive Flohmarkt (Floh = Flea In German) that takes place and expands the entirety of the park from front to back. Might be the best place in the city to find a deal, buy second hand or find some really delicious food
