👩🏻🍳양파 화이트 소스(Onion White Sauce)
양파를 1개 썰어주세요
(Slice an onion)
팬이 달아오르면 오일을 둘러주세요
(when the pan is heated, add cooking oil)
중불에서 볶아주세요
(Cook on medium low heat)
양파의 수분이 빠져 나올 수 있게 소금을 뿌려주세요
(Add salt to take moisture out)
색이 나지 않지 않게 중약불을 유지하며 볶아주세요
(Stir-fry it on medium heat so that it doesn't get colored)
양파가 투명해질 때까지 볶아주세요
(Cook until the onion is transparent)
크림과 버터를 넣어주세요
(Add 250ml of heavy cream and 70g of butter)
크림을 저어 주면서 끓여주세요
(Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer)
끓인 크림을 블렌더에 넣어 갈아주세요
(Put it in a blender and blend it well)
더 부드러운 식감을 원하시면 체에 걸러주세요
(If you want a fine texture, strain it through a sieve)

😳 OMG, I still say you must be a chef in some great restaurant but you've never commented if that is what you do. My mouth was watering watching you make the most fantastic American hamburger I have ever seen. We have tons of hamburger restaurants here in America but I've never seen anything like the one you made, it looked beyond delicious. And those fries, wow.
I watch a lot of camping videos and usually skip when they install their tent, but not your videos, I watch your videos from beginning to end. You always impress me with how talented you are and make your tent into a beautiful cozy home every time. It's amazing to watch you. ❤👍
These videos make me want to try solo camping so bad. It just looks so cozy.

You eat a hamburger with your hands, like a sandwich. I've never seen anyone use a fork and knife to cut up a hamburger and eat it that way. LOL - to each their own. LOVE the channel by the way.
Camping is more cozy with a Star

that looks like a 5 thousand calorie burger and fries but you must have burned 10k calories setting up the tent and cooking the food. Please keep making videos with the puppy Star because she really is a Star, I enjoy watching them all. Good luck to you.

So enjoyed your latest video. I must say, you have a very healthy appetite. I am not sure if this is how you eat every day, or is it the outside camping appetite, but good for you. As you know, in Anerica, we have a lot of overweight citizens and a lot of obesity. Do most South Koreans eat like you, or are you lucky that you experiment with different types of food? You are definitely "a foodie". I loved your take on Anerican cheeseburger, yours was on steroids. I also loved your bacon and egg breakfast. Looked yummy. Your little girl Star is so adorable, so well behaved. She definitely loves when "her bed" is ready. I am surprised I use show no fear in camping all alone. It seems very safe. Why do you heat up the wood stove with the fire torch before you start a fire 🔥?
