Along with never under a half pack a day,up to now 2-/+ packs a day of l&m red 100s the entire time(10+ years). That's a lot of fucking money anywhere you're at,but daily right now for me it's around-/+ $25 a day I spend. I'm extremely unhealthy and feel it almost all the time everyday. I'm only 27 though,i guess that's why I'm still living okay. I think a doctor would be dumbfounded by these stats. I don't go to doctors though. Keep away from cigarettes and liquor if that's all you never do again! They're extremely addictive but even worse than the rest extremely accessible!

I'm 28, go through a 70cl bottle of Scotch or Jameson in a couple of days but stretch to a week with beer inbetween to not waste the whiskey too quickly. Used to smoke, but in Norway/Scandinavia you get 'snuff' wich is a pouch of tobacco that gives you constant nicotine for 45 min. Does wonders for your lungs not inhaling the tar, but still isn't quite healthy. Just like you, I feel like shit most of the time and the 500ml Red Bull barely give Me a boost anymore drinking it every day for 4-5 years.

Marketing wise there doing the littlest amount possible for them & growing there brand & they've been there long enough that they no that by now & have capatilaized on everything both those brands have to offer to them... They just don't need em anymore its hurting more then helping! They could have a 8 mic set up for Jay, Dan, Jacob, Black Lou. White Lou, Beach Trash & couple extras for guests, have a sound board for White Lou & everything else could be done on there own exactly how there already doing it now but better! Ya they might have to pay more up front to get it rolling & set up but in the long run they'd be profiting way more & 100% of the income from cutting out the greedy corps instead of them just getting crumbs while Sirius & CC divide up the pie while also not allowing them to profit off any ventures outside of them so they got there paws in everything & are able to control every aspect of there life's that has anything to do with The Bonfire name... Wat it all boils down to is this is just a dated medium & they don't need it at all they'd be wayyyyyy better off without them!
