You teflon taped it backwards. Also maybe leave a little copper between the angle stop and beauty ring. That way if and when it leaks you can pull it right off.
I love that the instructions say a pro must install it yet this kid the guy in the video have no clue and couldn't successfully perform a full flush. I hope the 1200 I just spend on this toilet is worth it
Since I watched you tight bolts in the correct direction, pretty comfortable telling you that the Teflon was put on backwards. Also you probably should have tightened the valve to the shark bite adapter out of place. Finally, tell your company these things are very sterile looking and only belong in hospitals; maybe hotels; definitely not residential.
this is why I’m here. My flange sits on top of the finished floor and the toilet sits way too high. I think flush with the tile is correct for this toilet.

Why didn't you take the top cover off... That allows much easier process to install
So is this a self contained vacuum flush toilet?
Did you ever get the full flush feature to work?
The seat lid at the end of the video is not the same one they started with, unless I am mistaken. The seat at the end does not have the sensor.

How do you get behind it to clean it???
Does it auto flush?
What about toliet flange that sits on top of the tile? The side plastic pieces wouldn't be flush with the tile but a little higher.

I hope the toilet is better than the installer and this video, very poor.
