Off the top of my head: my black Rae Dunn TOXIC wine tumbler. It's actually a Halloween thing, but I use it every day for my water, tea and coffee! Somehow I found the text amusing and had to get it. It's different from the usual "Live Laugh Love" stuff. My twin sister has one too.

my girlfriend got me a generic version of slap chop for christmas. god, i LOVE that thing! 🤣 cuts down on onion fumes by 99%, makes including extra fruits and veg laziness-proof, and as a bonus i tend to cut up greens and veggies all at once and then just take the lid off to enjoy a salad out of the same dish lol.

I choose the fabric and some other details. The one you wear is EXACTLY my frankensteined Nike. Best bra is no bra, except when working out. Theres good studied on this. Bra = saggy tits. No bra is perky. Its like any other body part: support it too much and it (they) become lazy. Every girl I've ever been with, who hardly wore bra's, always ALWAYS have nice breats.

Dear Jennifer, thanks to you I started watching dermatologists recommendations and you were my starting influence to wear sunscreen everyday. Also I found a derm who prescribed me Tretinoin. Now she upped my dosage for the first time yuhee and no peeling, no irritation. Taking it slow🌊
I also really appreciate your calm anchoring energy and what you had to show about yoga and tips for more mindfulness.
It begins with an avocado sometimes and sometimes with a video of your lashes that bring me from awe for physical things to more inner working.

I have a variety of hats I love. All are made by the San Diego Hat Company. They sell on Amazon or directly, but cheaper on Amazon unless they have a big sale. My favorite is the one made with a wire where you can mold the brim. That one has a 4.5” brim & UPF 50. It’s called the active wired sun brim hat with moisture wicking sweatband. It’s also lightweight & packable. If it gets too wrinkled I steam it. I think you would love it. They have a lot of great hats though.👒

I as well love them for both their style and function! I really do receive so many compliments on my sun hats. That’s not why I wear them of course, but an unsolicited compliment is always welcome.

When you mentioned you could drive comfortably with it, I just know I’m gonna love this hat. I will also do more research into the shoes as they could help my mom. She is unfortunately a die hard arch support lover and I found it interesting you said it’s bad for your feet.

I'm also the hat lady in my area. 😂 ❤ I am in my 30s now and really don't care what other people think. I want to protect my eyes and face. I listened to Dr Dray, when she was saying sunscreen is not a shield of armor. I use a long sleeve UV50 protection on because I have melasma on my arms. It is white and cool to the touch. Can totally recommend! I am outside with our dog and my child sometimes multiple hours a day.

Dear Jennifer, I am always delighted to see a video from you appear in my feed. May I say that as we say here, you could be wearing literally "a potato sack" and get compliments, with your elegant, graceful beauty. That being said, I really enjoyed this video. I also have a lightbox, a very old one that I am never diligent enough to keep using consistently. I heard or read somewhere that the light is supposed to come from above to correctly be beneficial? what do you think of this? I put mine (when I have time and remember to use it) on top of a mountain of pillows when I journal in the early morning, but it is a bit cumbesome. I also have the same kind of pillow, I actually have two different ones with different shapes. I have a weighted vest as well, and as soon as I regain energy again I will use it again for my hikes, I used to have a pair of barefoot shoes but stopped using them, I need to look into that again. I have a similar hat too..:-) two things I have come to use daily are silk hair ties to not ruin my hair, when at home, and silk pillow cases. Also in the winter I practically live in fuzzy pile jackets in all different colors to match whatever I am wearing underneath. Love and Light and Health to you and all your family 💚✨

Since 2011….you were way ahead of the game with the barefoot shoes…I have 4 pairs of Xero barefoot shoes that I started wearing during the pandemic. the Merrill Vapor gloves are nice… 😘
I had the first iteration of their vibram soles shoes actually. My mom was very impressed that wellness experts have been mentioning these types of shoes, and she said to me, “Jen, you’ve been wearing those for over a decade!! They’re late to the game!” 😅👯

I can’t live without my Bose noise cancelling headphones and my loop ear plugs. They both help with my anxiety around noise. Also I use magnesium oil on my feet every night to help me sleep. Those 3 things I can’t do without.

Since I can't edit the provious comment, I'll add a new one: The shoes look super interesting too, never tried that kind os shoes but heard about them. I have low arches and tend to overpronate, I usually get recommended shoes with arch support. I don't know if that might just make the problem worse as you said, The most minimal shoe I own if by the brand on running - they specialise in running shoes with a special sole (Swiss technology) that are super light weight and have minimal cushioning - they are incredibly comfortable and here in the UK I can see them everywhere for walking around. I have to say I enjoy the cushioned feeling but I also like to feel as much contact as possible with the ground (I cannot do heavy and bulky shoes, they feel they are weighing me down) - so might give them a try! Which models do you recommend/have you used? I've seen they have some leather ones too!

I have a question about the shoes. I wear barefoot shoes too and have been wearing them for a number of years now. I recently heard that barefoot shoes are only really beneficial if you're walking on earthy, imperfect surfaces, not perfectly paved, man-made ones. Orthotics are better for perfectly paved surfaces. Have you heard of that? Any input?

As much as i would enjoy sleeping on my back, i always wake up after a while bc of my dream turning into a nightmare. It only happens to me when i sleep on my back.
I use Eye Glasses Side Shield.
The pillow seems amazing but with sleep apnea sleeping on my side is better so sadly i have to give up on it. I have a similar coin purse but fish shaped i love small odd objects haha
