i am a RL coach and it pains me to see that so many of these lower ranked players are practicing mechanics that they should even be practicing there trying to go too advanced way to fast and there not gonna improve at the game becouse of that

Going for ceiling shot musty flicks (for example), will help you understand how to maneuver your car in the air, and how to drive on the ceiling without spinning out. However, I am very interested in what specific mechanics you think are useless.
