  • TWO FILTERS IN SERIES
You cannot have two filters one right after the other extremely high static pressure drop
    (resistance to the airflow movement)
The so-called professional company should know and would have removed one of these filters because you cannot have two filters in a row in a furnace especially one of these filters is extremely bad at air restriction. They should have removed it..
We have water condensating going on in the exhaust flue stack dripping back down . This is a sign of a problem that was overlooked and they did not attempt or know what was causing this problem
Customer also complains the system, sometimes shut off intermittently before it ever gets to heat the house.
    (short cycling)
This is a symptom of a problem
That a protection device is turning off the furnace gas to protect itself from a dangerous situation . This was overlooked by the professional company.
I’m gonna find many more problems that the so-called professional company with the big shiny van stickers, yellow pages ads who performed this service not only on this property, but many others of the owner of this complex

Was furnace shutting on over temp causing the condensation?

@@nicholasc2238 I did not show you the video of the blower wheel fins, clogged up extremely poor airflow out of all the vents.
And I still didn’t upload the video of the inducer fan clogged blower blades. in the bottom inside, the inducers housing was filled with that rusting crud and oxidation. All the way up to the bottom, touching the blower fan blade.
So there was next poor combustion air movement.
The water stains and corrosion were oozing out from around the bottom, 1/3 of the inducer housing .
Slow cold, combustion condensates on the inside of the metal pipe going up through the roof attic . Pouring back down the walls of the flu pipe.,
You can see the drip marks where it has come through the cracks and the seams on the connections of the flu pipe .
The combustion gases have to have high flow at a hot temperature over 160°F. No cooler than 140° otherwise the water created by the combustion of fuel and air, hydrogen from the fuel and oxygen in the air combined to make water. . 💦
As long as the flu stays hot, it stays a vapor gas and exits the building .
But if you have poor burning, and you have very slow air movement, it allows for a longer contact with the cold sheet metal pipe, plus the reduce flow from a clogged inducer fan for all water vapor in exhaust gas condensate back into a liquid form of water, high carbon CO2 makes carbonic acid and other acids That are created in the combustion.
Have a series of videos that will release the airflow. Problem is taken care of. .
It is now blowing like gangbusters out of the vents around the house . You could barely feel it..
