Wow ! You been busy !!! 😊🎉 congratulations on all your finishes! Loved the test knit, so cute the baby beanies so nice of you to volunteer for the hospital and do that your beanie was also very nice. I really liked the color. I’ve never knitted anything with mohair but a lot of people seems to enjoy it 😊 Thank you for the shout out. It also makes me happy to know that I can accompany you on your crafty adventures, love these Santa on perforator paper I don’t have an issue with that, but I agree I do know a lot of people don’t like it, I’m so impressed that you actually make gifts for your loved ones. I just can’t do it the pressure is on is if I do that. Besos chao 👋🏼 see you in the next one.
Gracias! Mohair can definitely be a hit or miss, it’s super warm but as I have somewhat sensitive skin I definitely have certain brands that I can wear next to skin without having issues and others I wouldn’t dare try! I love spending time with all the crafty people as I do things because it definitely inspires me as well. I enjoy making personal gifts for my relatives but I have gotten into the habit of giving myself several months to think about it and then I try and simplify what I give them and make it part of the gift instead of the focus so if something falls through they still get something so I don’t have quite as much pressure on myself
Thank you for the shout out! Your family is going to love all the gifts! How about talking about your different needles and accories? I'd also like to see a finish parade.
Great ideas, I might do a wip parade this time round since my next extra will probably be a cross stitch wip parade and then do finished things in the new year 🧐 and then I can hopefully find all my needles and some of the accessories (there’s definitely been some migration from my central organization into bags and projects all around the house😜)
Thanks Tess! 😂 but random starts are fun while finishing ends up being a chore…. But I do think I’m going to try and do a finish it February where I try to focus more on finishing and fully finishing with limited unplanned starts
