It's a little odd how Pico shoots Boyfriend to get rid of the corruption, it would most likely kill him, plus in the original corruption it was shown that getting shot doesn't let you escape, as Pico shot himself when he got corrupted.
Oh also isn't Monster part of Pico's group? Like sure I think there's theories of Monster wanting to destroy Neo city, and it's possible his group doesn't know, but wouldn't Pico comment on the fact that his boss is trying to kill him?

Also an idea for a general mechanic(past Pico’s week but not in anything already existing.) could be a note that is the toxic goop that can be hit to trade some hp to lower the scroll speed.
Amazing song, I just hope the Bullet Notes are either quieter or the song is louder, because the Bullet Notes kinda take away from the experience from just being somewhat mistimed in some areas and obnoxious
