Sadly many students have the attitude that they think they know everything because of access to so much content on the wwWeb being weaved. Yet they can't do the basics with good technical ability. So frustrating. And many have a.d.d. behaviors now from their addictions to and on the information highway. It's so easy to like a good student. The next best thing is a bad student learning the lessons and actually becoming open to learning.
I have been following Jeff for years and years now. To see him now with all this recognition and success, I feel as proud as if I am seeing a family member succeed.
Jinder looks great, but Drew has turned into a total beast since when he was last in WWE a few years ago. I love it when you bring in WWE talent. They are true athletes. Great vid!
It just due to pandemic most of the wrestlers stopped coming to wwe & bcuz of very few wrestlers it affected their storyline miserably, moreover Brock also wanted off time so they made Drew win with a new storyline. Turns out, Drew's storyline is going on smoothly so they've kept his reputation heroic like which is selling more than coward Drew from the past.
Crispy Bacon Drew did say it felt better with lighter weights + proper form, he even called himself a dumbass for doing the wrong form. Maybe something else was on his mind?
What's the size have to do with it tho? Just cause he's smaller, doesn't mean he can't coach them? I know what you're implying, but I don't get what one thing has to do with the other.
I watch WWE regularly. I know that these wrestlers are big, just that perhaps I got too used to looking at them standing among themselves, I thought like yeah.. they're muscular and jacked. Until they stood side by side with others, I'm like, holy damn, they're huge!
Tri Monster Heath managed to stay employed the entire time while Jinder and Drew were elsewhere. He even got be Vader's last ever televised opponent! I'd say that's pretty successful.
Jeff, you are such an amazing teacher. You really have a gift and I'm glad you discovered it and share it! Thank you so much for providing so much great, professional content for everybody! You are such an inspiration.
Good video! It definitely helps me because I'm 6'7" and its hard to find a model to get tips from because a lot of guys are shorter and their range of motion is a little different in terms of mind-muscle connection. So yeah, this video was helpful for me. Thanks again Jeff!
Jeff, you are the MAN! Seriously. I’ve been watching for so long, I remember when you used to just set the camera down and you would sound like you were far away cuz you probably only had the mic from your camera; the background was either a wall or a whiteboard, video editing was amateurish. Now, there is a camera man, great editing and sound quality, a state of the art personal gym in the background, professional athletes in your videos, WITH YOU COACHING THEM (not the other way around). You are the man Jeff. Seriously. Thank you.
Always love seeing these videos where you work with wrestlers, who clearly train constantly, helping them improve their training without simply throwing another block on the bar or weights machine.
Jeff’s advice on v-grip pulldowns are good. He knows what he’s talking about. I like how these guys are willing to learn from Jeff although they are even bigger than he is. Those guys learning from Jeff are humble which is good because there is always something people can learn in fitness and in most things in life in general. I liked this video. In my opinion, Jeff should make videos like this for all muscle groups in the body. All his advice in this video was good but especially v-grip pulldowns.
You can tell that after all these years Jeff is still as passionate and determined to help every single individual reach their goals. Whether it's coaching athletes in the gym or giving information through youtube to the average Joe, I for one am grateful.
jeff your communication skills are effortless and clear. none of this testing of words as if you hadnt thought about it before.thats a real help that one knows something and it isnt just instinct. being an artist AND being able to teach is a real skill set.
Love the idea of a modified version of a drop set for barbell rows! Super creative! I've often recommend something similar to clients for pushups, where modifying the position can allow you to train past failure. So many different methods and tactics. Thanks for another good one!
xtraOrdinary Athletes same goes for pulley tricep exercises. You can start the exercise standing 2 steps away from the pulley. Rep until failure. Take a step forward (this alone makes the weight lighter) and go until failure again. Take another step forward and do a few more reps. No need to deload.
Some English guy in a pub sees this French guy and he goes - Hey, we are going to play against Croatia The French guy replies -What a coincidence, we to
Athlean x you are the best! With all your video's now I finally fixed my posture more and now I feel way more from every exercise in my muscles! You are a LEGEND! To be honnest Im not as rich to buy your training program, but all your teaching helps really a lot! Everybody in the gym even the big guys do not explain the exercise like you how you do it. Please keep going with these video's. When Im able to buy a program from you in the future I really want to meet you in real life one day to thank you for all! BIG THANKS FOR EVERYTHING AND KEEP GOING! Bilal Kaya From The Netherlands
It is great to see how they are humble when not in characters. Jeff is so small next to them but when you think they are not monsters, imagine next to Lesnard or'Cena or Big Show 😀👍
the way you explained the movement for the deadlift was perfect. it really helped me to understand the mechanics behind how that lift is done. thank you!!!
JEFF i really think you should make a PHYSICAL THERAPY VIDEO COURSE SERIES, because the conventional PT schools are teaching with A LOT OF MISTAKES because of which i as a patient of my therapist had my injury get worse because my PT didn't know what he was doing.
@brother hood I see what you mean but the whole point is for someone as knowledgeable as jeff to do a course like that. I'm talking about Jeff possibly changing the entire curriculum of PT training and education. I literally haven't seen anyone else out there with the kind of depth that jeff has in his understanding of PT, which makes me super curious as to where jeff went to school and where he got his education from.
First that would be amazing for Jeff to do a physical therapy video course series. I have only just recently started watching Jeff's videos and they have been a treat to watch. It is refreshing to keep in mind that it is about how you look at the body and what it does and how everything works together regardless of whether you are working to restore and athlete or joe schmo back to work. Put the science back into play. Second I would say that PT school are not teaching a lot of mistakes, I would say there are just a lot of bad therapist and those with less experience. The testing you take to get your license is very challenging and most schools send out students to testing with a high first time pass rate. But just because you have the knowledge doesn't mean you actually know how to work with people and apply it. It takes years of experience to know just the right way to cue someone. I've constantly been tweaking my practice and skills in order to maximize patient outcomes I work with chronic pain patients who have had failed therapy in the past and get much better results with me, it is about listening to the body and getting the patient to start listening to their bodies. Just as Jeff mentions in almost every video, it's not about the amount of weight or resistance that you are lifting, its about the tension and the load placed properly on the correct muscles that will allow you to get the most gains. Too many people want quick results and not to have to work towards results in a safe manner and use terrible form. It is a true challenge to get anyone to realize this and it is one of the things that I love about Jeff's videos p.s. I would like to see a video on head positioning during exercises. I hate going to the gym and seeing people with their chin's on their chests as they are lifting, the body follows the head, fix your posture people
I love these style of videos, just talking through the workout and informing people's technique. Would like more of these, with all types of athletes and workouts.
Where's the part when Jinder hits a massive Khallas on Jessie, then picks up his limp body, only to have Drew hit him with a devastating Claymore kick at? 😂😂
Great video, and the guys showed a great attitude and respect for Jeffs knowledge. This channel has helped me a lot in reaching my goals and making continued progress. Much respect and thanks to Jeff for all you do !
Just watching this video you realize how experienced Jeff is.. These guys clearly know how to train, but Jeff still imparts knowledge on them. Thanks for being such a great source of information Jeff! I learn something knew with every video.
welshdragon2008 you probably could do that. Just hit him up on Twitter or email or something and for a million bucks he would probably do that without any hesitation
Deaad lift!!! Push with legs until bar reacheds knees then straighten. Very plain anad useful. And safe. You've explained the lift different ways but this makes the most sense to me.
McIntyre is *The Most Phenomenal Wrestler* to ever come in WWE and be fired for shitty work on writers part... After last Raw's main event, I was blown away by his in-ring psychology and phenomenal wrestling with Seth, no bullshit!
Wish every coach around explains things as good as Jeff. But sadly 90% of them are just instagram online trainers who don't even have a certification. All Bro Science or shit copied from youtube.

I like the fact that both Jinder and Drew behave like proper students..with no egos or attitude..
Adnan sharique shows their professionalism and more important just how much Jeff knows
It's cause they know he knows way more than them its obvious they're only bigger because of height and drug use
Sadly many students have the attitude that they think they know everything because of access to so much content on the wwWeb being weaved. Yet they can't do the basics with good technical ability. So frustrating.

@@itsthatguy6878 exactly, I was gonna write "that's being professional"
Of course the are going to behave right. They came to train from the man, why would they be there if they don't want to listen?

The chuck Norris of weightlifting ...
Dang Boiiii

Vshreds about to get some Impact Wrestling stars, lol
Love how they are so respectful and coachable despite jeff being 1/3 of their size
Yeah well no amount of size will win them the tournament, they have to delve into areas that Jeff specialises in if they want to get anywhere.
