From my research and from multiple sources, these are some of the places where it's illegal. I'm most surprised by San Francisco though. I'm hoping someone from SF can confirm this, but I found many sources on it. These cities ban all "constrictors" including ball pythons.

I never knew that there are city in the states where ball pythons are outlawed, that is insane!
