It's great to see you designing and fabricating this project. You've a nice array of tools and a well lit place to work Towards the end when you are operating the clutch by hand it looks like the 'barrel' at the end of the cable stops rotating before the cable stops moving - if this in indeed the case that cable will snap. When all is well a bit o grease at all the sliding points will help. gonna see what else you've done - good luck
Bonne idée, superbe modifier , avec de la récupération tu as fait sacré système, chapeau !! , j aime bien tes vidéos car elles sont bien tournées et intéressantes, force à toi 😉😎👌👍👍👍
Good mod! I dig it. Prob would not do it to a heavy bagger tho as that finesse clutch throttle tension for slow tight turns be better in the hands than the feet in my humble opinion.
Maybe it would be good to put the cable a little lower so it can hold some lube. In this configuration the lubrication will drip over time and dry the cable faster. It's worth checking it out
ive never really understood why people to step backwards away from modern evolution. i mean surly a hand clutch is better than a foot clutch and hand gear in modern traffic its good to have both hands on ther bars ready for When that car pulls out and a front brake. i mean everyone has diffrent tastes and i thank God for it" but surly safety is better than aesthetics when it come to our lives. But i know youll do a great job. im not saying this to upset people or cause trouble i just dont understand thats all on the old bike i get it' it keeps them original but modern bikes??? help me understand please. maybe its because i live in England and roads over here arnt very wide ( built for horse and carridges) with lots of tight bends every few 100 yrds so lots and lots of twistys
It’s 100% for aesthetics and fun. It’s just like shifting a manual car.. sure you could drive an auto and use paddle shifters but it’s a whole different feeling actually using a clutch and rev matching etc. as far as safety obviously it’s not haha but most choppers and stuff that go this way are not daily drivers and the rider knows the implications that come with removing the front brake or using hand shift. But they do it for the thrill of the ride. Life is sketchy, Choppers are sketchy. Live to ride ride to live brodder gobbless
Here in Spain it would be a great difficulty to stop at a red light and on a slope with suicidal change, and if they remove the front brake almost impossible but there is what they tell you in another comment, the spicy and that “the chopper are incomplete and life is incomplete”, that is the maximum essence they look for in it, there are facades that come off, pots that fall, cars skip traffic lights and run you over, life for everyone is a risk and one chooses how to live it. ✌🏻
Looks good, man! I like how you hang your style and technique out in the open for all to see. Rock on!

Candy bronze would be a killer color for this build
Would be cool to see a complete wiring diagram next vid! Cool to see this stuff again
saludos carnal desde Mexicali Baja California, que sigan los proyectos
killed that mod! great job
It's coming out real clean
Good job!!! Continue and here we are waiting ✌🏻
Looks good but a shorter arm might be better. Less push needed to release. The amount of angle my toes would need to go down would hurt my ankle.
Slick setup 🤙🏼
Awesome I totally dig that bike

That’s slick! Looking at your set up has told me two things, the 450 might be too different from the 250 to copy you directly, and simpler is better.
Very ingenious 👍😎🤟
looks like you could incorporate that into the foot peg mount
Ayo back to back rebel 250 vids. 🎉

If I have to explain,You wouldn’t understand…

Keep choppers funky
OK it's good work but why?
It's part of the chopper/bobber style
