So Felicia only ended up in a role she didn't want, and got mad at Ken for it. As the camera pans up after that rant, a billboard is shown with Felicia on it. The movie: The Dragon vs Monster Cat. The complete opposite role that Felicia wanted.

Then you must return to Tokyo, but in the forth game the french girl followed you as a surpise and then the Paris branch go to Tokyo as reinforcement, so you must choose your wife (Or not, there is a "Im single" ending)...And after the fifth game both branches and the New York one went MIA for nearly 15 years with no signal of being alive yet and the only survivor wasnt even part of the Tokyo branch at that moment so probably she is sad and worried for all her friends and comrades.
