Just so you know, the ash of war talisman and Godfrey talisman both increase the damage of the Darkmoon greatsword's ranged attack
I think the duo you killed on the mountaintops about 50 min to an hour in were salty you were using moonveil despite one of them running sepuku cs

Invaders that hate invading maybe? They masquerade as a Red, take up a slot, and get off on attacking other reds? Or maybe its just general trollish behavior.
Ever since I picked up wing of astel I’ve been in love with this weapon it’s so damn cool. Duel wielding it with another curved sword is very fun.
I put my Horrah Loux on my dagger… surprisingly still does a ton of damage.
it was fun to play against you(I was Arden in Leyndal). although i lost like every fight that day. i had tried invasions too.
I love my armor, but it has pretty low defense. my highest physical is like 3-4 and the lowest is a small amount below 0
Omg I missed the stream. Still not used to frequent stream schedule lol. This build seems so fun with unique weapons.
I'm never around for the actual streams, but a heads up to all the Death's Poker users out there; it's a great weapon, BUT it's fully charged R2 only does half the normal poise damage of other weapons in the same class. So if stance breaking/hit trading is an important part of your strategy, you might want to avoid this weapon.

I'm definitely not saying that because I run that as my primary build and just want to see your technique to try to learn how I can be less bad.

For all the folks asking about optimal level for invasions.
Here in the Midwest US of A, at sl137, +24 (maybe a seal or something +10); if I put on taunters tongue, I CAN NOT make game progress or ride my horse because the invasions are so constant.
(Also hardwired PS5 on fibre connection, maybe sl138... probably not. I just want one more point in endurance, I think. I also don't have friends. I mean summons.)

I dont play online because i use mods. So I get all my pvp experience through chase who also happens to be a complete unit on the field. Love the content.
If you wanted an area, couldn't you just invade using the near/near instead of near/far

@ChaseTheBro Come on Chase, at least agree that the moon veil katana needs a draw-speed nerf, on it's ash of war; it's way too fast for the amount of damage it puts out.
Yeah, I think they need to nerf the lag a little more honestly. I don't think the damage needs a nerf, but it definitely shouldn't be as spammable or fast as it currently is
The Convo in about and hour and 40 about no true combos is such a shame. I wish it was different because I myself at times get pretty bored with using halberds, the lance, the heavy thrusting swords and couch poke as my only resort to put myself at a level playing field with the cerulean magic, waves of gold, and fiery dragon breath enveloping my screen pretty constantly. It's just ash of war, poke ash of war poke and that's all I seem to do. Certain weapons I'm just not ever going to win with on their own. Curved greatswords for example are kind of a joke to main with against a group of 3. But maybe I'm just not fantastic at invading
