This was extremely helpful since I'm on a very similar path. I got a 610 on the GMAT Classic in my 1st attempt, and i hope to give the GMAT Focus in the next 20-25 days to score a 90th percentile. Riya's weak areas and mindset very closely match with the issues i have with my preparation and journey. Wonderful video!
Hi Sahana. Glad to hear that you found the video helpful. Honestly the challenges faced by Riya are some of the biggest hurdles one needs to cross during their GMAT journey. Glad to have gotten a chance to work with you on your GMAT journey and I'm pretty confident that we would turn this around really well and who knows other people may also get to say the same about you. Let's ace the GMAT together :)
Hello Piyush/Riya, Congratulations on achieving a score of 715! I understand you answered 16 out of 20 DI questions correctly. Request if you can share how many questions were correct in Quant & Verbal sections as well.
Hi Nitish. Let me share the details with you. Riya's scores were Q85 (89 percentile), V86 (98 percentile), DI 85 (99 percentile). She made a total of 2 mistakes in Quant (Q5 and Q20), 5 mistakes in Verbal (Q3, Q12, Q16, Q18 and Q21) and 4 mistakes in DI (Q15, Q16, Q18 and Q20)
@@gmatclub You're suggesting something quit serious. "You must wait 16 days between appointments for all GMAT exam attempts, taken online or at a test center." - via GMAC She took two tests from the same question bank, if she really took two tests in 15 days, and in her second test she could meet many questions she had tried 15 days ago, surely making progress from 615 to 715. If that's true, she will be banned permanently.
@@xueshanmu Hi there. Yes, you're right that no one can take a test within the same test window. GMAC doesn't even allow to book the test date in the same window either, so just the fact that she was able to take the test again means that she would need to wait for the minimum waiting period set by GMAC to book another date. She took the test on the earliest next available date which was 16 days after her last attempt. Hope this answers your question :)
