You have to stand in a separate line once you enter USJ itself, and recieve an additional ticket that shows what time you can enter Nintendo World, however it is not an extra fee. I recommend getting VIP passes. They cost a bit more, but allow you to go whever you want without having to wait in lines.

@@uponmyknees not too sure, we got VIP tickets for the entire park. When you arrive there is a VIP lounge where they should explain more. Usually a couple staff can speak English and will help you.

they'll have someone who can speak a bit of english, but all you really need to do is let the staff know what you want to ride and do, and they will plan your route. They are super nice and the vip lounge is great!!
