Your hair... you did a great job! And congrats on being consistent in the gym. Maybe for hips... try a butterfly stretch and/or pigeon pose.

Hey Ashley!! I had similar issues with my scalp. I went to my dermatologist and she gave me a shampoo and solution to use and helped. I no longer had an issue. I made sure to get a Black derm so I would have someone that understood my me. I think she is in Humble, TX now. Derm: Shayla Arceneaux

I struggle with dandruff as well and I’ve been using the Royal Oils line of Head and Shoulders with much success! My scalp was very itchy, flaky and smelly. I needed something to combat all of those things that was also safe for my relaxed hair. It worked wonders!

I’m wondering if what I’ve been experiencing for 3yrs is the same . It usually happens at bedtime, there’s a feeling of great despair and being alone , like God is not with me anymore and everything I’ve believed is a lie . Even when I’m calling out to Jesus it seems like, I’m not saying his name but the opposite. I know this is a spiritual battle, because this only happens when I’m sleepy or unguarded?
