    So it’s not insurance, doesn’t cover major health care costs, right? Essentially tele-health for $9 a mo.

    $535 dollar bill out-of-pocket for a 25min verbal conversation. No warning that I would even being charged at all, and they said they would send it to a debt collector if not paid in two months. Absolutely no respect for patients. Disgusting.

    Holy, the people in this comment section have brain rot. This is like your typical doctor's office, but membership-only for $9 a month. Still bills for procedures/visits at the same price. It's just that One Medical gives you more freedom in fast telehealth appointments & 24/7 telehealth urgent care.

    Why would you pay a fee on top of the $377 a month I already have to pay for insurance to see a provider online. Healthcare systems already offer this or we can just go into an urgent care.

      There's a convenience factor that might be considered and it might be worth $9 per month. Depends on a lot of factors: your overall health, your age, etc. And yes you might be able to see your current provider online now, but on a 24/7 basis? Probably not.

    What a crock of money grubbing fecal matter. One Medical bought my health group and Amazon bought them and now I get to wait weeks to see anyone, and even then, it's not a doctor but a secretary for one. Now I need to find a real doctor. Thanks Amazon. Maybe this pay to play online is a real winner. Did my nose just grow?

    • @yordanpopov

      Then what's the benefit? You can go to a clinic if you have insurance and don't have to pay extra $99 a year.

    • @c.r.1917
      @c.r.1917 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      I read about it. It's $99 for virtual visits. You can see a doctor within 10-15 minutes. No insurance necessary. So, for the uninsured or the underinsured, this is a great option. You see a doctor and you can get a prescription, if necessary. You don't have to go to the ER or pay to go to an urgent care. Many don't have a primary care physician. This is a really good thing. It brings healthcare into people's lives who otherwise would be trying to figure things out on their own.
