They might have tried to go 2 - 3 - 1 anticipating the legacy energy but it still doesn't make much sense if you can conserve your seal stone for boss or prime to end the game
I personally prefer the cincinno build does better into multi prize decks. Love the content tablemon.
Most decks dont play something that cant be KO'd by lugia vstar or ursaluna - bolt, pao, tealmask, drago etc all are 240 or under. And since you play 3/4 gusts you can pick what you kill most turns.

@@chilzz919 I understand that but if you play against charizard for instant with this lugia build you could struggle since without cinccino you couldn't one shot charizard.
@@lordvizer7398 my goal when playing this is never to hit anything over 240 except late game with wyrdeer. I should be able to bundle/boss for 2/3 prizes every turn and never have to worry about the zard until it’s time for wyrdeer.
