Do we send hard or soft copy of sample like bricks, cement, rod or just bricks, cement or rod as a sample?
As DC you are not supposed to do that all, this is Quality Engineers will do, or project engineer they will do, you have to follow with documents and maintain the log sheet as much as updated, that is you main responsibility.

AAp kah rahey h ki material submittal ki 2 copy banti. Material submittal ki tu 1 h copy banegi na kyunki ki jab ham material submittal ki copy consultant ku submit kartey h tu wo apna sign karkey hamey lauta deta h tu phir 2 copy kaisey hui 1 hi copy hui na.
Jab app submit karoge to ak proof 🧾 during submission ka rakhoge na, with receiving stamp, ya fir app Transmittal ke true bhi rakh sakte ho, but always play in safe side.....
