This is a beautiful card. I love fall/colors. Also thank you for the edited versions of your live. Watching live videos is hard for me but I always enjoy the cards you make.
Realizing I have so many dies that will work for this technique made me happy. And of course with symmetrical dies there’s no concern with the die cut’s edges. I usually make “stained glass” cards with vellum. I make sun catchers with vellum too but I laminate those. I use a paint pen for the “leading” since that part is supposed to be opaque. My technique involves tracing stained glass patterns. I trace and color on both sides of the vellum. I’m excited to try substituting dies for the paint pen. Bonus? No fussy cutting. Yay 😁
Beautiful card and very clever idea on how to make it be stained glass! Never would have thought to use Copic markers - probably would have tried using drops of ink and proceed to make a big mess out of the card. I know it's a lot of extra work for you, but I truly appreciate you taking the time to edit your live videos.
So striking! As a former stained glass artist, I appreciated your keeping the colors more translucent like real glass. Different colors and glass types have different levels of color clarity, so this was very realistic. Nice!
Wow so pretty! Great idea, thank you for sharing your talent and yechnics! Love this die set. I love anything floral, leaves, trees. I even love the bare skeleton trees in winter.
awesome card. I just tried one myself - one needs to think through this LOL. The glue from the backside was visible on the front, so I had to use score tape instead. But if you smudge the raised edges on the "backward" cut leaf carefully with a nail (or something else), you can even the edges out a bit :) I made a lot of errors with this card, so it is now my prototype with a lot of tips written inside of it :) thanks for sharing this technique :)
My favorite videos are ones where there is a technique that can be applied to products I might already have. Thank you for this one! I love it! It reminds me of some of Jennifer's "see-thru" card techniques.
So beautiful! I think cutting the gold leafy from adhesives backed paper might be a great glue-less option (sheets or the Xyron). I don’t have Copics so I would use alcohol inks on acetate. So lovely! TFS!
I saw this die set & immediately put it on my wish list. It reminds of Simon's hibiscus frame die in terms of techniques. Jennifer did a video with that die doing stained glass techniques. That woman is amazing or amazeballs as CZ would say.
This is so beautiful. The gold foil was stunning as well and made me wonder what paper piecing with gold, brass, rose gold, copper, and brown mirror card would look like as well. I recently made some leaves by put markers on acetate and sprayed some alcohol on it to blend the colors a bit. Turned out really nice.
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, KRISTINA!! I LOVE HOW IT SIMPLY ELEGANCE!! Thank you so much as you just gave me a FABULOUS IDEA for my Thanksgiving card this year!! I’m going to use the Hero Arts “Fancy Autumn Leaves Die” & the Honey Bee “Lovely Layers Maple Leaf” in stained glass with a May May Made it Bible Verse! I LOVE the way you finished the inside of the card too! As ALWAYS AMAZING!! BIG HUGS!! God Bless & the Love of Christ to you & yours!!
This is absolutely gorgeous!!! Thanks, Kristina, for sharing your incredible talent with all of us. It's amazing to me that you can keep coming up with beautiful cards day after day. Happy Fall :)
You did such a beautiful job! I wonder how this would look with alcohol inked acetate?! I would try it out but I don’t have the tools to make the cuts.
Good day - the card was beautiful and one that can be replicated fairly easily. However; the most important part of watching the video, I am a first time "watcher", is the open captioning,. You have touched my heart. Why? Open or closed captioning is one step towards full inclusion for individuals with disabilities. Yes, it is the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHoH) community would be the most obvious sect of the disability population to benefit form captioning. Another community is individuals with cognitive disabilities. Please take to heart all that is written and keep on moving the crafting tutorial industry towards full inclusion.
Beautiful card, Sis. And that maple leaf die is absolutely gorgeous.
obviously loved watching you create this beautiful card, but have to say the fav part of this edited replay was that song, wow, thank you for sharing!
This is a beautiful card. I love fall/colors. Also thank you for the edited versions of your live. Watching live videos is hard for me but I always enjoy the cards you make.
So pretty. I love the way you fixed the inside to make the card just as pretty there as on the outside. I just really love this card.
So delicate

Gorgeous card, absolutely stunning!
Gorgious!!! Love the stained glass effect. Toip for the inside gold piece, I carefully follow the lines with a stylus embossing tool.
Wow!!! Brilliant idea!! I'm thinking of doing this technique for Christmas with angels or a snowflake.
Love this…Beautiful

Beautiful card. I almost had a heart attack when you were applying glue to the second leaf over your pristine card inside. You have a steady hand!
Stunning Results, WOW.... What a brillant idea, I will def have to try this technique.. Thank you for sharing with us...👍

LOVE this xoxo
Really like this. Love stain glass things. If you use regular markers, will it be too opaque? Going to try it. Thanks for sharing
so beautiful...i have to watch your long version now...i didnt get my live fill today lol
Wow! This is so beautiful! How will you decorate or use the inside of the card so it doesn’t show thru your beautiful leaf?
I’ll likely keep it blank and write the recipient a message on the other side. :)
You did such a beautiful job! I wonder how this would look with alcohol inked acetate?! I would try it out but I don’t have the tools to make the cuts.
Beautiful card! I saw you used two different glues. Which one worked the best with the acetate?
I think liquid glues are a bit easier to work with because you can wiggle things around and you have more time before it’s permanent.
❤️❤️❤️
Nice music
