"I hope you are as peaceful as you look" is something you said that just stuck with me for some reason. How many of us are really as we appear to feel? Do we tend to pull off a calm demeanor as to hide something from the public eye or from friends or family because we prefer to keep the burden of not feeling at peace for various reasons? I know there are a plethora of reasons for people to not truly feel at peace at this current moment, and I won't list them just to keep things short and neutral here. But I think anyone who is in that struggle of that physical-emotional/mental contradiction should find it necessary to look for ways to reach for an inner peace: talk to somebody close, be involved with others around you in some way, invest your energy in something you love - whatever allows that contradiction to disappear for a time. A 100% absence of it is impossible for any being, but knowing how to get to it is what makes life so much better. I hope that can be found for all of us.
