If not Kanae, then Tanjiro would be a very strong alternative. I'd also thank her not only for her respect, but also for her compassion.

I have an idea about doujin or a fanfic about Twelve Demon Moons in hell, where they are punished for their sins but then have this powerful deity (possibly God) gives them chance to reincarnate in the future by redeeming their sins through many trials that have them reflect on their lives. My candidates include: Kokushibo, Akaza, Rui, Daki, Gyutaro, and Nakime. Doma on the other hand I'm not so sure.
Yoriichi would surely descend to hell and accompany Michikatsu in overcoming his trials, much like how Daki/Ume chose to stay with Gyutaro, as well as Akaza/Hakuji's loved ones. Some of the more understanding of the deceased slayers might even try to help them, such as Rengoku, Mitsuri and Kanae. Rengoku would surely succeed with Akaza while Mitsuri and Nakime would be 50-50, but Kanae's heart would be absolutely broken upon learning that Doma is too far gone to redeem.

I have an idea about doujin or a fanfic about Twelve Demon Moons in hell, where they are punished for their sins but then have this powerful deity (possibly God) gives them chance to reincarnate in the future by redeeming their sins through many trials that have them reflect on their lives. My candidates include: Kokushibo, Akaza, Rui, Daki, Gyutaro, and Nakime. Doma on the other hand I'm not so sure.
Yoriichi would surely descend to hell and accompany Michikatsu in overcoming his trials, much like how Daki/Ume chose to stay with Gyutaro, as well as Akaza/Hakuji's loved ones. Some of the more understanding of the deceased slayers might even try to help them, such as Rengoku, Mitsuri and Kanae. Rengoku would surely succeed with Akaza while Mitsuri and Nakime would be 50-50, but Kanae's heart would be absolutely broken upon learning that Doma is too far gone to redeem.

Water: Soft, calm.
Wind: Rough, painful.
Flower: Beautiful, calm.
Insect: Horrifying, painful.
Stone: Scary, painful.
Flame: Really cool, quick.
Serpent: Rough, painful.
Love: Pretty, soft.
Sound: Rough, cool.
Mist: Rough, painful.
Hinokami Kagura: Hot, painful.
Mist is probably not that rough because most of the demons commented about how mean Muichiro was

gyutaro killed by tanjiro sun breathing, of course the author put him on sound breathing list because he faced uzui the most, akaza also killed by tanjiro sun breathing but the author put him on flame breathing since he taste rengoku kyojuro flame breathing

@@mrkaji8913 well I don't really think that enmu had an noticable tragic backstory cuz the other demons that he slayed before had a family member or sibling just like how he has nezuko as his younger demon sister and enmu was cold and mean and tough to beat and he made tanjiro mad, furious and upset at the same time cuz enmu gave him dreams about his family dead and saying bad things about him being alive and leaving and not coming back only to find them dead.
