I remember D and K on Y fm(back then) and when I heard them on ghetto radio I thought ghetto poached them...now I know,as far as The Basement and Da Joint,it was a good run I personally enjoyed them.Hip Hop is beautiful music,we all can't be emcee's,dj's but we can support it,as for TZ hiphop and Kenyan hiphop,hapo kwa skill kuna afew wako below par but yes kuna alot of copying......juzi i heard a song saying some gang ish and ops shooting......anyway,this is dope maybe you could do one breaking down your favourite verses from your favourite emcee's

From someone who just recently started watching the show this is one of the most deep conversations I've heard from this podcast. I really got to know and appreciate more the effort you guys have put to the industry as a whole despite all the hate you've received. Tenda mema nenda zako. Kuna ngoma inaitwa Ongea Na Mwanao by Nash MC; off his album VITASA MOTO. He basically teaches on ways to raise your kid(s)…..I showed this to a friend and he was shocked at the range of topics covered in the album...….politics, society and of course braggadocio content etc
Nowadays if am being honest, I listen to material not music, something that will move me to next point of thought processing. Content creation comes with a challenge of understanding that once it's out there it's no longer yours but ours/theirs...….but that's just me. Even so I buy Kenyan albums but there's only so much you can buy as an individual.
