Not only do I love this video in itself, but I have a personal reason for doing so, since I was there with you all! My dream of seeing the Minack has been realized! It was just amazing and so little, just because of time, can be shown here. Thank you!
Another great, "you are there too" video! Thank you! That place has such a wonderful ancient feel to it...one would feel very close to how plays got their start in such a place. Marvelous!
That's a great point. While around 80,000 watch the shows in the 17-week season, over 100,000 just come to look around the visitor centre - and be where so many have 'trod the boards' since 1932.
The jewel in the Cornish crown. Actually, you don't need actors. I went there once on a clear January day; empty, cloudless sky, high tide, wheeling seagulls.....entrancing....... with the ghosts of all previous productions everywhere. Try it in low sun angles....this brings out the shadows, giving the whole place a mystical atmosphere that's hard to describe.... ...and all because an unassuming lady called Rowena Cade had a dream.

What a wonderful theatre! Thank you for sharing. Meanwhile, I have a little project of my own to work on!!
I love your videos and what you do!
Looks like a great show - and thankfully the weather was dry - if a little chilly? Great seats - we need the name of your contact!

Thanks - I never pretended that what I was doing was art.
