We have stayed at the Arona Gran a few years ago...and at the equvialent of Up at Selection Sabila in Costa Adeje 3 times.We are going again to Los Cris in Feb to Arona Gran , so I was interested to see how the Up service compares to other hotels.. LOOKS GOOD...Also due to go to Vulcano later in the year.

Hi Shiela I’ve been twice and wouldn’t probably go back and again it’s all about opinion and the lido area at H10 Big Sur is far too small and cramped for the size of the hotel.But I appreciate your comments also we just love the UP area for quiet and space.
