Thank you so much for posting this. I was diagnosed in 2008, after the triple cocktail was created. I am extremely fortunate to have survived, and now try my best to educate people about safety. This film is a must see.

@@AnalisaKesehatan You're absolutely right. People need to remember the struggle at the beginning of this epidemic. People treat it like it's nothing these days. I remember AZT, toxic drug cocktails, and drug lotteries for poor folks to chance getting the drugs they required to stay alive. Actually, check out American Horror Story season 11. Watching it brought me back to this movie.

All those people who died and were never able to find out what was wrong with them and went from not knowing what was wrong with them to being told there was no hope and that they were going to die...so saddening

I lived through this and the pain in my heart and the anger in my soul will never forgive many of our nation’s leaders and heads of many communities who just let people die for the sake of power and Greed 🤬

So many of ourloved ones died horrible deaths. My husband was hiv positive. I loved him very much. I was lucky in that i never contracted the virus.. Have never figured this out.

The politics and big business of this was mind boggling. Only a hand full of Doctors cared about actually saving lives. This is why people have been dying and are still dying of diseases that have been caused by the medical community or that they very well have the cures to; but for big business will continue to let people just die.

You got that right! It's so heartbreaking to know that these folks are fighting tooth and nail to help people who were dying of this "New" Disease. From 1982 to the present, so many folks of died especially in The Arts.
