I love the work quality that StarCars produce. They seem to really take their time with the minor details (i.e. making sure the lights are at an optimal angle; not leaving scratches on side panels). Keep up the good work!

The Starcar boys are men of little words! My beef with these armored car installs with most agencies is they skimp on emergency lighting.

That's primarily be because it's very difficult to simply find places to put it. They can't exactly freely start drilling holes since its armored which be both difficult and compromise the integrity of the armor

Agreed, I believe Feniex lighting is much brighter and I think would have been a much better choice seeing how there are limited places to put the lights you would think they would want the brightest products on the market. Also utilization of the dual color/mode for scene lighting purpose's would have been a good idea and the ions placed on the headlights will be ineffective at night as the headlights will drown them out.

its rolled homogenous steel and its not going fast so a magnetic mini bar would be a good option in this case. Personally I like Federal Signal, Solaris is stupid bright and has excellent off-axis

Looks fairly easy to run the wiring through the interior. One good thing about vehicles WITHOUT trim pieces.

The Interior was the easiest part of the Project :)

2 12v batteries wired in parallel gives you 12v. However, a battery wired in series will give you 24v

Aye, and in parallel will - in your example - double the Ah

Our local police department has a used military vehicle of some sort not exactly sure what it is to be honest but it's freaking huge

Well that's definitely a unique vehicle! Difficult install too given the limited places to run cabling. Good job guys! Was there a standard halogen headlight flasher fitted too as you can hear a relay ticking away but other than the LEDs, I didn't notice any other lights.

Thank You. We're glad you like the Presentation. The relay click is from a different component on the V150. The Headlights were left alone.

The relay you here clicking is on the touchmaster siren/light control. I think when they turn the lights on, that just lets them know there on.
