Hello Scarlet. I realise this is a relatively old video and you possibly won’t see this comment but in the hope you do I wonder if you could help me find where to purchase a brown ridged end piece, I’ve had a 700 and it’s ribber for a number of years but I can’t remember actually using it. I stumbled across your channel yesterday and it prompted me to take another look at it with fresh, nay, enlightened eyes. It actually seems to be in good condition apart from the left hand brown bit breaking as I remounted the carriage that side. I removed the bit remaining and it just crumbled.i thought I could get away with not replacing it until I saw this video. However I don’t know what they’re called nor where to source replacements. By the way I also have the lace carriage which had totally jammed drums. Today I followed your two videos on deep cleaning it and they’re now spinning freely. Yippee, but not so yippee if I can’t use the 700. Anyway, thank you so much for your excellent videos, if nothing else I feel a great sense of achievement in getting the lace carriage working.
