I’m an aviation modeler and took some time off to work on this project. It is an amazing and very well designed and produced kit. The price is very reasonable and the build is enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Wonderful! I just got this kit, it's so pretty! I couldn't see all the cute kitty details when I bought it. Watching your video makes me very excited! I'm happy to see the bigger wires for once. Happily subbed 😊
For most of the kit, with wood, paper, fabric etc., you can use PVA glue that has just enough paste qualities to be tacky as well as glue parts together. The only time I used CA was when attaching metal to metal such as the coffee cup ears to the cups. I know it may be overkill since there is no need for strength, but I got tired of the things falling off when not enough PVA was used, and I didn’t want to use gobs of glue for those 3mm pieces. It is nice to be able to use very little beads of PVA for most of the construction. The “silver” wire is actually plain metal wire that was coated with metallic foil (I think it’s synthetic plastic), which messed up when bent. I just stripped it off and painted the wire instead.
