I applied on 12 Jan, and unfortunately I got my refuse on 3 Feb. Australian Embassy is very unfair and shit. I also have the exact same thing on each and every page, what u got ( Not adequate incentives in India ). I also mailed the uni to relodge my application, but they refused. I felt devastated and broken at that moment because I prepared all the documents by myself. It hurt so bad 🫀. High commision is gone mad and act like crazy.
