Our teenage daughter, who plays high level soccer, was injured a year ago, and struggled to get better ever since. During this time, we spent $7,000 out of pocket, she saw 6 doctors, 6 PTs, 2 chiropractors, MRIs, MRA, X-rays, and still couldn't train with 100% effort without pain. We saw Dawne and Sebastien on this channel, and decided to give them a shot as had nothing to lose. After the first Virtual Appointment with Dawne, her pain went away the very next day, and have been able to train and play with no pain. We have to say, Dawne did not force us to purchase any program as all she did was test our daughter to see what could be causing the pain. In addition to seemingly solve 12 months of frustration, we were really amazed of how honest their approach was to patients well being, and not just about selling. Our daughter is now on a strengthening program, and chugging along just fine. Thanks again Dawne and Sebastien.

My issue definitely is in my back, i have anterior pelvic tilt and scoliosis. I have peroformis in my left side and now having right hip pain. Stretches make my periformis worse! I have been trying some of these from before but will surely try the last one as my core is so weak from my pelvic tilt. Thank you so much!
Hey I want to circle back and see if you figured out how to resolve the problem yet? It’s been a few weeks since we spoke and typically it just takes about 3 to 4 weeks for most people to feel over 50% better in regards to levels of pain and discomfort. I’d love to help you find the right thing to do if you have not found it yet. Let me know.
Thank you! You'll love free webinar then bit.ly/3OpJfvC There are so many hip diagnoses and people get confused. In our facility we break them down into 3 basic diagnostics categories to simplify and to create programs for. 1) inside joint diagnoses. 2) outside joint 3) referred to the joint. Not trying to brag, but we have only had to send 2 hips out for surgery or injections in the last 3 years... and we see a lot of hips! We are currently gathering data on all new clients to document success rates within the first 4 sessions. We cant wait!
reading this comment section , it amazes me how many unnecessary surgeries are performed. just mind blowing. on another note, THANK YOU I received a jacked up massage that threw off my hip flexors, illiacus, etc. a dozen specialists chiros d.o. omt. pt. etc instant relief. god bless you! ❤
Hi Chris. Thanks for commenting. Yes surgeries are know to be the "last resort" but most people are not aware of ALL of their options first. Sometimes this is from having a healthcare provider that is not knowledgable about the options and sometimes it is from people only wanting what insurance provides. Insurances do not cover many excellent treatments... but they work!
Holy stinkin' cow! I've been dealing with this pain for so long I thought I was just going to have to deal with it forever. Thought I would take a chance on TH-cam. I'm so glad I did! I have worked personally with Dawne and she is great at guiding you through the process of getting to the problem not just throwing a bunch of movements at you. I could not recommend her more highly.
Glad you like the video. Try looking over the Performance Place Hip/ Groin Guide. This link will take you through 12 weeks. bit.ly/3q9iKAE Our style has worked so well that we decided to put a bow on it and let people take a look at what they may have been missing. The program helps identify and improve mobility and stability “weak points” where most people with groin pain struggle and they don’t even know it. The exercises we give you won’t find many other places. Enjoy!
Nice! I've had this for a week or so. Been doing all the flexor stretches and strengthening to no avail. And oft times these have made it worse. Today I did a version of your third exercise (a lunge thing but with glutes on, heaven knows why but it felt good) and the pain has decreased by more than 50%. As I've done some other, probably pointless, things I thought I'd check out YT. This seems to confirm it was that exercise and not the other stuff. Will be doing it again to check, but right now I'm enjoying the reduction in pain. Meanwhile I need to work out why a certain shoulder pain is back after some shoulder exercises. Honestly, I'm falling apart. 😮💨😊
The last exercise provides an insane amount of relief. My tight hip flexor on the right really loosened up. I’ve got a herniated disc and the pain must be referred pain from the low back. If I strengthen my core the pain should fade. Thanks for the tips.
I tried the lung type exercise. My provocative move was standing on one leg and raising the other knee. Before the excercise my right knee max elevation was about 10cm below my left knee max elevation. After 30 reps I tested my maximum knee raise and my right knee was almost to the same height as my maximum level with my left. Thanks so much. This will become part of my daily routine.
I have some hip flexor issues and felt the video has helped tremendously. It was very informative. The video not only helped me realize what the root cause may be but how to start calming the problem down and finally getting it under control and dealt with. Thank you!
So, at the time of this comment, just woke up because I held my right leg at a forced awkward angle while laying down and kind of fell asleep for a bit, but then felt a sudden pinch/ache on my right hip flexor and tried the lunge technique and so far it has worked, lots of improvement! Appreciate the information in this video! Thank you! Also this is after leg exercise involving the leg press machine earlier in the evening! Everything was fine up until now during my sleep!

I have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and majority of my joints are effected including my right hip. I’ve been to physiotherapists and other health professionals and all I got told is that I need to strengthen it but ALL the exercises hurt so bad, last time I went to the physio I couldn’t move for almost two days. Hip flexor syndrome was NEVER talked about and I was never informed it was a thing until I stumbled across this video. This makes so much sense why some moves hurt more than others and that I have been doing a couple of the stretches instinctively. I just feel so validated and that I’m not imagining my pain. Thank you for this video and thank you for explaining it so clearly

Hi, I don't have a particular pain anywhere else. All I really have is a permanent numbness in my top left to left side "Thigh Muscle!" When seated, looking at my thigh muscle from the top. Taking a straight line through the centre of my thigh muscle from hip to knee, taking that line and dividing the thigh into four quarters. It's the left front to left side quarter of the muscle that is permanently numb. I sometimes get pins and needles in it, other than that it remains numb? Could this be flexor related? Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks for posting! 🌷

Thank you for the video. I don't feel the pain in the area you described but I do find that every time I raise my right knee my right leg spreads outward specially in the knee area while my right foot inward and at the same time I hear cracking on my lower and mid back. It's painful specially in the mornings. I wonder if my mild scoliosis has to do with this in the first place.

You are BANG ON ! YOU HIT THE NAIL ON ITS ANVIL . I have been having back issues due to disk herniation in the l4-l5 region since years . I am sure it is the cause of this pain . Thank you for enlightening me !! Could you suggest some exercises to heal the root cause - ie disc pain ?
Hey thanks for reaching out. Yeah sadly to say L5 S one and L4 L5 are the most common regions where people will have problems with her lower back. Sometimes it’s from disc herniation‘s, sometimes it’s from larger disc injuries, and sometimes it’s from simple maladaptive and or movement compensation from past injuries. I tend to think movement compensations or a bigger factor in people who have experienced more than 3 to 4 episodes with there low back over the years. With that being said I have no idea what’s going on with you until I learn more about you. If you’d like some help I need to learn more about what’s going on, learn more about what bothers your area, and actually watch what your move-in‘s look like. Hey there! I’m glad you checked out some videos. A lot of the versions that we do on TH-cam are for people who can get on and off the ground. However, there are a lot of variations that can be done standing or even seated. We don’t have these variations on TH-cam since the most common ones are the ones used on the floor. Not trying to brag, but we have only had to send 2 hips out for surgery or injections in the last 3 years... and we see a lot of hips! We are currently gathering data on all new clients to document success rates within the first 4 sessions. We cant wait!
reading this comment section , it amazes me how many unnecessary surgeries are performed. just mind blowing.
on another note, THANK YOU I received a jacked up massage that threw off my hip flexors, illiacus, etc. a dozen specialists chiros d.o. omt. pt. etc
instant relief. god bless you! ❤
The first excercise gave me so much relief immediately. Thank you, thank you, thank you! SO much gratitude to you for posting this video.
:) happy you liked it. I’d suggest looking over that free webinar we have in the description for the video. It covers a lot more in detail we didn’t put in this video
I've watched 1000000000000 videos trying to find one that relates to me and WORKS and now I've found it..i really like/appreciate your no nonsense straightforward style and clear simple instructions and the skeleton example. Thanks and I just liked/subscribed👌💪❤

Very Very Helpful!! Thank You!!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for clesr instructions to diagnose the problem indtead of doing just stretching.
Our pleasure!
Thanks!
Thank you that’s very nice of you
I have worked personally with Dawne and she is great at guiding you through the process of getting to the problem not just throwing a bunch of movements at you. I could not recommend her more highly.
Thanks for sharing. Dawne is great at what she does and very clear with her communication
Amazing! The pain relief is real. I am so grateful for this video. Thank you for such clear explanations and guidance!
Enjoy!
Update…jumped off my four foot wall today first time in four months! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
Nice. Sounds like this video was a eventful. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for sharing!
Wow that is amazing! Reach out for a consultation if you’d like to discuss more things you could do

I have some hip flexor issues and felt the video has helped tremendously. It was very informative. The video not only helped me realize what the root cause may be but how to start calming the problem down and finally getting it under control and dealt with. Thank you!
Hey Michael. I’m really glad you liked the video and it gave you some good insight of how to manage it. Thank you so much for the tip!

This was amazing! I actually just seen my hip doctor today for the fourth time trying to find out what's wrong. I had an operation a year ago ( June 25) went to rehab for 3 months it actually felt fine. Got a hernia operation in December so I didn't do anything for 2 months. After that my hip has been a mess. I went to rehab again ( 2 months) I have had injections. I had another mri which showed it's not torn. I have been seeing a message therapist for 2 months ( $1500 later) . After I seen my doctor today he has me seeing another doctor to get injections in my hip flexors to see if that's it and also to see if I have a hernia( which I don't) this video helped my instantly!!!! I wish you were by me!! It has to be my hip flexors!

Glad you like the video!

Hi, I don't have a particular pain anywhere else.
All I really have is a permanent numbness in my top left to left side "Thigh Muscle!"
When seated, looking at my thigh muscle from the top.

Squats seem to be working and easing groin pain. Is that to be expected?

Anyone who makes suggestions with zero information does not know what you’re doing. Let me help you succeed let’s set up a consultation. Hey there! I’m glad you checked out some videos. A lot of the versions that we do on TH-cam are for people who can get on and off the ground. However, there are a lot of variations that can be done standing or even seated. We don’t have these variations on TH-cam since the most common ones are the ones used on the floor. And when people have minor variations in their case, we’d like to customize the exercise for them, rather than create more discomfort at the knee just by guessing. Consider reaching out to us as we have virtual and in person options to help coach you through the app appropriate exercise. Every exercise is tested to see if it has the appropriate results and comfort for the hips and knees. Just an email or call info@p2sportscare.com or 714-502-4243

Liked your video. Would hip bursitis cause hip flexor weakness and pain? If so would any of the exercises be different to treat the hip flexor pain?

I have had a hip flexor strain for 6 months now. I have done everything my doctor has told me to do - basically total rest with just a little ice and heat. No golf, no running, no soccer no gym and I can't understand why I am having the same discomfort everyday. I totally understand that my age is a factor - 57. The pain point is in my right buttcheek and going around to the front into my groin and shooting down the front of my leg towards my knee and shin. I got an x ray she said there’s some space between L4 Dash five and L5 - S (I have no idea what that means) and said that could be causing the pinch. I don’t want to make things worse doing the wrong stretches again but the first and 3rd stretch seem to be helping. Any other suggestions??? Please respond 😢thank you so much for your service
