Am a 63 year old st8 male. I started watching drag race season one, and it came on about a year or so after my son decided he definitely did not want to do drag again. He has no interest in RPDR but I try to never miss an episode. Thank you Ru for all you have done. As an art form, it’s so creative and it allowed my son another way to explore his creativity. He supplied the ideas from different art forms and we often supplied the funds and keeping them as inexpensive as possible.
i almost agree but why are some of them not contouring the correct part of their face.... like do not accentuate that nose gurls use that make up on your non breasts. I'm reminded of the line in Too Wong Foo: "This little latin boy in drag is crying Noxxie find out why this little latin boy in drag is crying?"
Being from a third world country I only know Irene from social media, but she definitely has a beautiful unique look. Please excuse me if I get lost in translation and miss the joke. I DO LOVE how the Queens, when asked about their first memories of Drag Race mentioned some of my all time favourites! Nina Flowers (the reason I got hooked to RPDR), Raven, Manila Luzon and Alexis Mateo! 💜🌈
Irene is the only drag performer I have seen live and thought "I have to remember this person because they will absolutely be on drag race soon" and I cannot wait to see the full range of her talents
Aura Mayari is such a sweet person in real life. She performs at the drag bar where I live and I’ve met her plenty of times. Cannot wait to see how far she goes!
With drag coming under fire lately by certain unsavories, this season comes in just in time! Proud of all these girls and all the drag queens that light up our world with color, humor, and talent!
Usually how they answer the questions and how confident they are is very telling of who makes it far. My husband literally noticed one of them say "well I barely knew what was going on and I was there for half the show" like GIRL
Oh my goodness this season seems like it’s going to be incredible! Sugar AND Spice?! Sasha Colby?? And they all entertained me. I am so torn! I am feeling SO many of them. And the theming for the promo and the song are so good!!!! So excited
I couldn't agree more. I honestly felt like I watched an entire episode. This was an awesome introduction. If this is any example of what the season is going to be like we're in for a good time. Something tells me that with all of the franchises coming out that they've decided to really show the world how it's done.
I'm so glad you mentioned it first. Everyone else was thinking it but no one wanted to say it. My experience is generally with an impressive nose like that someone is very funny. Some of the most hilarious comedians have had generous noses
Amethyst is charming and funny af. Anetra is beautiful and seems really genuine. Aura has a sickening paint and I think she'll be a really energetic performer. Irene is my personal favorite because I love her inspirations, personality and her look was incredible. Jax is a little cutie and she'll clearly be an amazing and energetic performer with her background in cheeerleading. Lucy seems like a good time gal and I love that she's a construction worker by day! Luxx is confident and beautiful. Malaysia is polished, funny and I love her attitude and she's the drag daughter of Lashauwn Beyond, iconic! Marcia has a really clean and fun aesthetic and I'm excited to see more of the looks she makes. Mistress Isabel is going to be a force on this show, I love her old school style. Poppy is not what I expected and I'm super excited to see more. Robin is beautiful and seems really bright and positive. Salina Estitties is silly and I think Rupaul will love her energy. Sasha is the one, she will gag you all and she will win the season. Spice is so beautiful and I adore her look. Sugar is also beautiful and she has a cute personality. I could have said negative things about several queens, but it was easy to just be positive instead. Let's all be positive and keep negative comments to ourselves this season. You don't know these people in real life, you probably don't do drag, if you are really a fan of drag and drag artists then do what they ask and stop being toxic online. I'm so excited for this season, let's all enjoy it without the hateful judgy comments.

Really hoping that none one this season has to deal with any hate. They all seem really cute and interesting.

Thing is about Sugar and Spice being dolls; they still are complete dolls OUT of drag too. Like they’re SO pretty regardless of how they dress; Ken, Barbie, Bratz, all of it 👏🏼
I’m concerned that they will rely too much on the whole twin thing and won’t be able to be seen as individuals instead of a set and then get separated and they can’t function properly. Sort of like how Derrick Barry always ending up looking too much like Britney every single runway even when she tries not to do Britney. I do like their looks and the two together on the same season is very interesting and I do want to watch the season to see more of them but I am not sure that they can have at least one runway look where they don’t match or coordinate in any shape or form. I keep picturing them in the Ball having nearly identical looks only with slightly different colors and outfit shapes but still coordinating with each other.

I couldn't agree more. I honestly felt like I watched an entire episode. This was an awesome introduction. If this is any example of what the season is going to be like we're in for a good time. Something tells me that with all of the franchises coming out that they've decided to really show the world how it's done.

Amethyst is charming and funny af. Anetra is beautiful and seems really genuine. Aura has a sickening paint and I think she'll be a really energetic performer. Irene is my personal favorite because I love her inspirations, personality and her look was incredible. Jax is a little cutie and she'll clearly be an amazing and energetic performer with her background in cheeerleading. Lucy seems like a good time gal and I love that she's a construction worker by day! Luxx is confident and beautiful. Malaysia is polished, funny and I love her attitude and she's the drag daughter of Lashauwn Beyond, iconic! Marcia has a really clean and fun aesthetic and I'm excited to see more of the looks she makes. Mistress Isabel is going to be a force on this show, I love her old school style. Poppy is not what I expected and I'm super excited to see more. Robin is beautiful and seems really bright and positive. Salina Estitties is silly and I think Rupaul will love her energy. Sasha is the one, she will gag you all and she will win the season. Spice is so beautiful and I adore her look. Sugar is also beautiful and she has a cute personality. I could have said negative things about several queens, but it was easy to just be positive instead. Let's all be positive and keep negative comments to ourselves this season. You don't know these people in real life, you probably don't do drag, if you are really a fan of drag and drag artists then do what they ask and stop being toxic online. I'm so excited for this season, let's all enjoy it without the hateful judgy comments.
Love this comment. There's a video where Trixie and Kandy Muse were talking about how people watch Drag Race always want to tell the queens how to do drag...but could probably never do it themselves. Really hoping that none one this season has to deal with any hate. They all seem really cute and interesting.

Sugar and Spice, looks are amazing, and if they do get far, they would be a deadly drag alliance.
I’m concerned that they will rely too much on the whole twin thing and won’t be able to be seen as individuals instead of a set and then get separated and they can’t function properly. Sort of like how Derrick Barry always ending up looking too much like Britney every single runway even when she tries not to do Britney. I do like their looks and the two together on the same season is very interesting and I do want to watch the season to see more of them but I am not sure that they can have at least one runway look where they don’t match or coordinate in any shape or form. I keep picturing them in the Ball having nearly identical looks only with slightly different colors and outfit shapes but still coordinating with each other.
