Hey @jose guerrero, there are a few programs which do accept the residency application without INBDE initially but will need it to be sent within a few months. However most of these schools still consider the INBDE exam as the major filter. Many schools tend to change/update requirement exams every year. You can check PASS and MATCH cycles for the schools.

Hey Aishwarya, for taking INBDE you do not need IELTS or TOEFL. It is a requirement for the (DDS/DMD/MS etc )programs in dental school applications for international students. Most US dental schools prefer TOEFL.
