What is Spy X Family?
"Twilight" is assigned possibly his hardest mission yet, Operation Strix. As part of this mission he needs to marry and have a child in order to get close to his target Donovan Desmond. He ends up adopting Anya, a telepath, and marrying Yor, an assassin, however, all of them are hiding their identities from one another.

Ik everyone is freaking out over Anya reading his mind to make the mini-bomb. But like, can we talk about how she pulled out the big-brain Kevin McCallister antics to even get him to pick it up in the first place?! wow, she's already got a bit of Loid's insane 3D chess skills. And Yor's intimidation factor lol.
Scruffy Head is the fun uncle we all need!
Seriously, I just love how he complains about babysitting, but also matches Anya's chaotic energy.
The anime actually adapted this chapter way later than it was in the manga. I was worried that they were gon a skip it entirely.
It was a really good starter episode to get us back in the swing of things for season 2.
W adaptation choice (I say this as an anime only I don't have all the context and my opinion is subject to change)
It’s super good for a season opener because Anya uses her powers to the absolute fullest.
They literally never skipped one on season 1 so why now would be different? 😑
3:52 Well Yor notes she "took care of" the bullet wound, and she is super flexible, so presumably she did get the bullet out if it was in her.
I would think the "Shopkeeper" set her up with a black market surgeon.
@@Jawmax If she'd gone to a surgeon you'd think she'd have been given some painkillers. Not to mention Yor thought she'd be healed by morning by just resting. Presumably Yor is used to her superhuman physique keeping her from being bothered by injuries for very long, but she'd never been shot like this before.
I know it's fictional but Yor's a champ fr😭
I got hemorrhoidectomy, and once the anaesthesia wore off, the next 2-3 days were literal hell. I couldn't even move my leg a little without a singe of pain shooting through my entire pelvis. It wasn't until by the second week that I could sit at the normal pace, whereas prior to that it was me slowly lowering my ass on any surface, and doing the same when standing up.
God I've missed this !

The censorship thing in How to Make the Bomb is actually funny, because in the Latin Spanish dubbing they did say it and put it in the subtitles too
Yor has sidekicked a car off course, took a bullet without it going through, and had a full glass of blowfish. She's more than the winter soldier, My point of view, her power on a similar level to Wonder Woman,or at least it's at the level of Terminator T-850.
Btw:Bear in zoo was frightened because of Yor,Really funny😂
Another thing worth mentioning is that aside from Yor, who has the physique of a Terminator, A lot of people ignoring Anya, who's less than six years old but can make a bomb in a short amount of time according to the villain's idea and mix peanuts into it, Anya is really amazing too😍

Just got finished watching the premiere of s2 and it was amazing. Anya was as always the highlight with it feeling like a home alone skit in the end.
I said it once on another reaction of this episode but this episode gave me a bit of a feeling that it was also a metaphor for girls’ periods? Loid being confused and thinking she is just mad, and yor just being in pain (not for the same reasons ofc)

I know in the manga this was earlier than the previous date (episode 24) but i like it better here, its a good prelude for this Arc
