Ha nice catch, This card is going to be seeing a lot of play for sure then. More then half of the "Meta Leaders" can use this card as a blocker. I will confirm with one of the judges but I do believe the "Supernova" requirements only effect the blocker modifier. The card Once Per turn should be able to used with all leaders. In the sealed battle when we have the Rainbow Luffy leader. This card will also become a blocker card that can be used. I am working on a full beginners guide for Sealed Battle 2024 Vol.2 that will start on July 15 - August 31, 2024 also :)

Pre-release and sealed events are always so much fun ripping packs with all your friends and then going back to basic playing with fundamentals. I should have the new OP08 Pre-release and sealed event video coming soon

Correction : the blocker count ist NOT low in OP07
You are correct that OP07 has a lot of new blockers. In a pre-release or sealed format when you only have 6 packs to open your count may be super low compared to other sets due to. 8 of your blockers being in the SR/R slot. That will leave you with 4 uncommon blockers, 4 common blockers and 2 of those common blockers must have condition for it to be a blocker. (Give one of your fishman blocker for the turn and white you have camie in play)

i thought you had to use rainbow luffy for preleases
No, I believe rainbow Luffy is only for sealed specific events. Not prerelease events.
In per-release you must bring your own leader, also Rainbow Luffy is not allowed to be used for this event. In sealed event you will get a promo Rainbow Luffy the Vol.2 event will start July 15 - August 31, 2024. This leader is like the "King of the Pirate" leader, Since he is every colour and also consider as every type. A united leader even. I am working on a full beginners guide for this event also. :)
It depends on your store. But, most of my pre-release were any leader. I am debating on zoro, yamato, or kid. Since last time i used them came 2nd in 4 local tournaments. Gotta look at the new leaders abilities to see if any will be good or viable to use them.
