You are 100% right sens they NBA start it in the 40's into the end of the 90's they are very good NBA games, but after the 2 thousands hit the NBA start it to be slow and lazy and NBA teams today are slower and playing like if they are on a circus 🎪 and not only that they don't play into the clock hit zero they stop playing around 0.10 milliseconds or even 0.20 millisecond when in the 90's they start it to include the milliseconds on the time clock the teams fights to the end of those milliseconds and use those milliseconds to win but today they don't, they play like kids in the park......
i watch so many of these on youtube; they’re great. the dynamics of the illegal defence are very exciting. and the narrative in the broadcasting is very engaging. however there are two things that are very cringe about 90’s NBA; that there are guards who miss open shots by a mile, and that it’s so often that three or four offensive players crowd up the paint or near it!!! so frustrating and silly, it’s live head coaches were blindfolded or creating an intentional handicap for their players. 90’s guards didn’t practice shooting enough, and 90’s coaches were so zeroed in that they missed the big picture and the fundamentals of spacing that existed in the fifties.
Casual fans see smaller players like Avery Johnson on MJ but fail to realize that only the smaller players could stay in front of him unlike Sean Elliot or Dale Ellis, Delnegro etc. MJ was unique in the sense that he had the lightning speed of a PG and the creativity to get a shot off like Shooting guard.
Any comments that suggest Robinson wasn't a great player I automatically dismiss and you don't know basketball. M.J. is the GOAT and this bulls team is one of the Greatest teams ever assembled. Robinson was great on and off the court.
People calling David Robinson sorry you can’t be serious this guy was averaging like 24 points and 12 rebounds a game. One season he average 26 points and 17 rebounds and please not to throw this out there he did also scored 71 points in a game Imma just leave it at that
I think people mistake David Robinson's humbleness for being 'sorry'. He might have been quiet going about his work, but Robinson was absolutely an All-Star every year.
hye everybody that Bulls Team Was The Best Ever 72-10 Best Record In NBA History Michael Jordan Scotiie Pippen Dennis Rodman Steve Kerr Luck Longley Tony Kukox One Off The Best Teams The Bulls Ever Have And Off Course They Will Not Be Any Other Better Team In The NBA Like 1995 1996 Chicago Bulls Team The Best Team Off Ages Thank You So Much Chicago Bulls Team that Year OK
Robinson is literally one-man team. Bad supporting casts for him. No wonder he had no help during the playoffs until Duncan came along to pair up with another superstar like how MJ & Pippen combo
Alecsander Hamilton I think 1 could argue they had 3 of the greatest player of any era all time. Rodman was certainly the best pure PF ever, Pippen is still the best all round player ever, & of course MJ’s the GOAT period.
John Ruggiero I’m not sure what you mean by “pure PF” but if you think Dennis Rodman was a better basketball better player than Tim Duncan, KG, Dirk, Charles Barkley, or Karl Malone, you’re just not in touch with reality.
That's how foreign countries list their dates. Day first then month. The broadcast showed 1995 as well but a commercial talked about them reaching 70 wins so I'm confused
Lou Canellis gives Rodman 4 names during the interivew...Chuck Daly, Phil Jackson, Michael Jordan and Luc Longley.. Not Pippen, Not Madonna, not Coach Hill, not Coach Pop, not Alonzo, Not Shaq, Isiah, Dumars.............Luc Longley lol WTH
You can tell Rodman hates interviews. He’s so anti establishment he can’t help himself…..it’s hilarious. Plus management probably told him he needed to do it to help his image. Or even he knows he’s going to say something a bit odd which he did……😂😂😂
So fitting that the “franchise” got his way which kept them away from a championship until Timmy saved the franchise. Rodman was the man. Period, &. San Antonio’s preppy cadet learned that the hard way. As he watched Rodman win again, & again, & again. Lol
Will Perdue and draft concessions for a 2x defensive player of the year, a perennial all D team member, & at that point 4 consecutive rebounding titles! It’s a steal that crippled the Spurs for years! Rodman for Perude! I still can’t believe it!
If this game was going to be refereed in such a pro-San Antonio manner I would’ve hacked an Avery. He traveled or fouled on every drive and with a guard or hard with one of my four C’s.
Idk why they always have something negative to say about Kerr’s defense, but with the help defense he held his own. If he hadn’t Brown would’ve played a lot more, but he really couldn’t score.

U cant say david never accomplished anything. He got 2 rings, an mvp and was defensive player of the year. True though he not spoke of like a shaq and Kareem coz they won more. And plus he only won rings when duncan came to toen
wtf are you smoking??? SAS was 21-61 in 1988 without robinson and 56-26 with rookie robinson. They were contenders ever since except in in 1997 when they went 20-62..when robinson missed the season due to injury.
I honestly rather watch these old games over games today. 🤷🏽♂️
Same here
Without a doubt, real basketball

The bulls intro still gives me chills

Possibly the nba finals for 1999.
Bulls vs Spurs in 1999 would've been a great Finals series had Chicago kept the dynasty together for one last run!
Facts

Anyone who says David Robinson wasn't a great player doesn't know hoops
I love the level of respect Rodman shows Jordan and Pippen in the pre game interview.

Wiliam Hines shame though. D.rob was a beast. But i think most people remember him getting smoked by hakeem in his mvp season
I think people mistake David Robinson's humbleness for being 'sorry'. He might have been quiet going about his work, but Robinson was absolutely an All-Star every year.
💯💯💯
David Robinson was good, but he never averaged 17 rbs a game... the highest he ever averaged was 13rbs/game during his 2nd playing year
Inazuma Studios correct! Anyone saying David is sorry doesn’t know basketball.

It's like playing one of those video games from the late 90's from Sega dreamcast.

What a glorious time 2 b a hoops fan
Great times
Classic golden era of the league. 4 hall of fame players on the floor. .
Just missing the greatest power forward of all time and the 1999 finals MVP Tim Duncan that's all:)
duncan was a center.
Cant wait for ai to clear up the fuzzy resolution so we can see this clearly.

Luc Longley, Will Perdue, Bill Wennington there was definitely a certain kind of guy the Bulls wanted at center.
Robinson is literally one-man team. Bad supporting casts for him. No wonder he had no help during the playoffs until Duncan came along to pair up with another superstar like how MJ & Pippen combo
Steve Kerr got an elbow to the jaw and thrown down by his jersey but the Bulls won big.

When Pop was still just the GM
1996 bulls had 3 top 20 players and no.1 and 2 with MJ and Pip from 93, 96-98.
Alecsander Hamilton I think 1 could argue they had 3 of the greatest player of any era all time. Rodman was certainly the best pure PF ever, Pippen is still the best all round player ever, & of course MJ’s the GOAT period.
Mr Hamilton #1 yes but Scottie 2?....olajuwon,admiral,shaq penny malone Barkley that season

Robinson
I think you don't understand basketball of that time.
Robinson, like Alonzo, never really accomplished anything. We don’t talk about them with reverence today like Shaquille or Kareem. Zo wasn’t even a C. He was a 6’8” PF
He played as a true C instead he wasn't as big as Shaq or Robinson.
Sure he played Center, but was ineffective due to his lack of size.
U cant say david never accomplished anything. He got 2 rings, an mvp and was defensive player of the year. True though he not spoke of like a shaq and Kareem coz they won more. And plus he only won rings when duncan came to toen

Dec 1995 yet commercial showed them winning 70 games. How is that possible
This is a recording of a re run of the season. That's why is says "100 games to glory" after it shows them winning 70 and holding up the trophy...
