Do you know what year your bottle is from? We tasted a Largo from Real Minero at Tahona SD in 2021, tasted like banana laffy taffy. We bought a bottle of our own in 2022 and it was very earthy like carrots. Goes to show how diverse mezcal can be from one batch to the next, same agave, same palenque etc. and different experiences. ¡Salucita!
@@franciscoordaz568 I’ll keep that in mind, not sure of a good liquor shop that may carry this. But oldtowntequila.com is on source www.oldtowntequila.com/search.php?search_query=Real%20minero§ion=product
To my understanding there are no toxic materials in clay and it is safe for use and cookware etc. Especially fire glazed. I think breathing dry clay can be damaging to your lungs though.
los quimicos que crean los sabores y aromas so los que huelen o saben "como" no "a" - son descriptores amigo. Como lo ahumado no es por el humo de la cocción... lo sabias?

You know, I’d have to check back on that - I don’t remember. I agree it’s interesting how different it may be from batch to batch - Salud!
